To sign in for the first time:

1. Click Sign in in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
2. Click Forgot password?
3. Enter the email address you receive CWC PCN communications through
4. Click Reset password in the ensuing email from CWC PCN (via notifications@engagementhq.com)
5. Create your password

When you sign in with your new password, you can click the checkbox next to Remember me to make future access easier.

Viewing permissions vary by project. When we seek patient/public feedback, anyone with a registered account will be able to view the project content.

Some projects will be limited to physician input; in these cases, only physician members of the CWC PCN will be able to see the project content. Similarly, some projects will be limited to CWC PCN employee input, in which case only employees will be able to view the content.
